change...

HERE IT IS....MY NEW LOOK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm thrilled, giddy, excited, psyched, over the moon...the list goes on and on but I'm also a little nervous.

Not everyone embraces change and we often hold too tight to things to keep them the same and end up destroying the very things we are holding on to.

Fear grips and destroys.

So tell me what are you holding on to?

p.s. If you want your blog to rock, please click on "Get Rocked" on my sidebar. Mary is AMAZING. It was so much fun to create this look.

Your site looks awesome, Stacey! Love it.
Ah, how soothing! It fits your goals, your lifestyle, your personality. The green background is also interestingly peaceful.
I love the new look!

I am trying to let go of some things from my past and fully commit to when I am in my present... rather than forcing my own two feet to continue down the path I've chosen...

life is too short to regret.

First I must say, LOVE the new look, so you.

Change is the main goal in my life right now. Weeding out the bad things in my life and changing for the better.

Changes are indeed a bit hard to take, but when they are as creative, unique, and shows graphically what you and your blog are about, it's welcomed!
Very neat. Congratulations.

I love the new look, especially the relaxing green color.

I am holding on to grief. I have had too much loss in my life and I find it debilitating sometimes.

stacey j. the look is gently slick.
i hold onto my knowing that mercifully and gracefully, nothing is permanent. i hold onto my knowing that my knowing is simply a perception of what is real. there's so much more beneath the surface! steven
Hi Stacey, I'm loving the Rocked look! I'm holding on to the 80's, I know that if I live to be 60, I'll wonder why I wasted my 40's pining for my 20's!

Hi. I saw you on The Golden Fish. Followed you here. The look of the blog is great! It is peacefully juicy. I hold too tightly to art supplies I don't use. Slowly, I have been getting rid of them. But the thing I was holding sooooooo tightly to was my childhood blanket. I was still sleeping with it into my 30's. About 6 years ago, I took a pair of scissors to it as I sat in the dark...early in the morning. I let go of what I loved most.

Great new look, the colours so serene!

Well as to what I am holding on to ,its fear of being financially insecure. Of not being able to provide for my son and to look after my aging parents. There is no meaning to life if I were to save every cent for the future and not enjoy life now. So there is this need to balance and fear at the same time.

Brilliant! I love it!!
Very nice, Stacey! I looked at layouts all day last Saturday and I didn't see anything this beautiful. I still have my same old boring layout. But at least I know how to move things around now.

Hugs!!

Kinda pastel with playing-card engravings. Well done.

Also like your these of yesterday--ZIP IT! Always I want to zip it AFTER the horses have got out of the barn....
Stacy, I LOVE your new look. It is so fitting for you. :)

Fears? What fears?! haha Seriously, I have too many, but the biggest on top is being completely abandoned in my life. I have one close friend(after all that I have been through these last several months) and I am terrified that they will someday be gone, too. I am getting better at just taking things one day at a time and telling myself what will be...will be. But there are some days that the fear of it is too much. Ugh!

Anyway, LOVE your new blog layout. :)

Looks great!

What am I holding onto? Ha! I hold onto everything, that's my problem. But I also bury it down deep and pretend like it's not there.

Hey Stacey,
I really liked your last look. This is a little busy but very nice.

The primary focus is what you post so if you'd rather post to this format - cool! But we come here because of what YOU POST, not how it looks. How it looks is what fuels for you - what you post.

It's the simplest example of creating your life. What wallpaper do you want in your house - where you live. Because where you live reflects how you live and what matters to you.

I totally applaud the serenity of this new site but want to encourage it is what you post, what you write about, that creates community and keeps readers returning.

In simpler terms: It's not the look, it is YOU!

Love your new look.;)
I am not sure I am holding onto anything right now; I always let changes assimilate me as change is the only constant in life.;)

Stacey,

I love, love, love your new look. Wow! This is a fantastic transformation.

I'm just catching up on your blog after falling behind after recent events. Thank you so much for your kindness and, yes, I completely understand why you would be thinking of me that morning. What an amazing energy connection!

Sending you much love and brightness, my friend. xx

I love it!!! She did an awesome job! It really suits you.

As for change, I always say that few people like change but it is necessary and appreciated in the end.
Wow! Wow! Wow!

I just love this new layout and avatar of yours...

Great Stacey! You've made a good choice of colours and images.
I love the new look...

What am I holding on to...hmmm...I'd say the negative voice telling me time after time I can't do it or I'm not good enough to succeed.

Working on it.
