Mine smells like a freshly tilled field in spring, when the ground is still wet from all the snow, the earth is just waking up from a long winters nap, renewal.
I want my future to be fresh, exciting, inspiring lol.. freshly cut grass, or the morning dew from the gardens in the early hours of the morning. That's how I want it to smell like, but whether it will ah???
Hi sweetie! Mine smells like hot, buttered pancakes covered in whipped cream, chocolate syrup, and bananas! Nummy! :D Ok...maybe not pancakes, but it's a start for tomorrow morning. hahahaha Hugs!

My future has an internal clock of smells, a comforting security in what wafts my way.The crisp frost of california winters,warm cat bellies, perhaps the intermediary memories of 1970's Brut, bleached wood pressed tight in the pages of a new book,wet earth,panting dogs breath, bubbles of inner grace,familiar sweat and sweeping Pine Sol.
Forget the smell of my future. I'm stealing yours! Cor, were those leaves dry before they ended up in the fire? Oh, I love the noise of dry leaves being crushed as I walk through one of the many parks in London.
I love the aroma of your future, Stacey. For mine, I'd love honeysuckle and rose blossoms, mountain streams, candy floss, and springtime ~ with essence of woodsmoke to keep me linked with the past, present, and future. xx

What a provocative question, Stacey. Well, two answers here really. One being what I want it to be and the 2nd being what it more likely probably is:
1. Like a cozy hot cuppa with jammie dodgers for dunking!
2. Like a rain and thunder storm has either just past or is rapidly approaching!!
