who's the best?...

The other day, Goom was telling me about how one of his friends always think they are the best.

I said, “Well, who do you think is the best?”

“I think everyone is the best. Every one is the same.”

I’m so in love with my little Sage.

Hi dear, they are all so grown up.. my boy at 4 was called sage. I had to check the dictionary for the meaning dumb me! lol Think it had something to do with being an only child and having to grow up real fast? luv

Yes, children are more idealistic than adults but unfortunately not everyone is the best and we are not the same. We know that, that is why we have CEOs, doctors, nurses and engineers, brilliant and successful people, then we have the mass who can be brainwashed by demagogues and terrorists and we have homeless people and beggars, thieves and criminals. Right now there are children in third world countries that are scavenging through mountains of garbage. It is not a happy scene but that is a fact of life. We are not all best, we have to do our best - we can't even guarantee equal opportunity much less equal results. Someone always works harder and does his or her best but not everyone does.
